We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Atlanta area.


The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning and controlling the preliminary through final stages of roof installations. They will complete projects on time and on budget while ensuring that roofing crews adhere to OSHA requirements and maintain safe work practices. The Construction Project Manager will have a large part in communicating with home owners and ensuring their complete satisfaction.


Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Become the primary point of administrative and management contact for internal and external project needs
  • Perform job related functions in our CRM database, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Create material and labor orders
  • Source and schedule subcontracted roofing crews
  • Apply for and pick up necessary permits
  • Schedule inspections
  • Ensure specified profit margins are achieved
  • Stage orders in our warehouse
  • Count and maintain inventory
  • Conduct pre-build inspections of the home and roof
  • Supervise the installation of the new roof making sure quality standards are met
  • Conduct final inspections, ensure all punch-out items are completed in a timely manner, and collect customer satisfaction forms from homeowners
  • Submit and follow a weekly collections plan
  • Inspect, coordinate, and complete warranty claims on past jobs
  • Maintain company vehicle
  • May perform other duties as assigned


Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of project management or relevant managerial experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Passion for accomplishing quality work
  • Effective supervisory skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while accomplishing set goals
  • Roofing or general construction knowledge
  • Ability to problem solve while thinking outside the box
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Construction Project Manager Compensation:

  • Use of company cell phone and custom-wrapped pickup truck
  • $40,000 - $45,000 plus quarterly bonus structure to maximize income
